LYNNE CELIA LEADS VTEC TO CONTINUED GROWTH
-- Appoints Vice President of Marketing --
FAIRFAX, VA, May 21, 2002 VTEC Systems LLC, a dynamic systems integration company specializing in implementing Oracle-based systems within Fortune 1000 companies, non-profit organizations and federal government agencies announces its first key appointment to its leadership team. Former vice president at Stratagem Marketing, Renee Randall has joined VTEC as vice president of marketing.
Having recently successfully completed several strategic multi-year, enterprisewide programs for one of the nations largest non-profit organizations, Lynne Celia, VTECs president and CEO, will now leverage her management and technical expertise to grow VTEC Systems and to ensure the success of its customers IT initiatives. Responsible for the companys strategic direction, Ms. Celia has over 16 years experience in planning, managing, and implementing large scale mission-critical systems. Before founding VTEC, she was a senior management consultant at the American Red Cross and BDM International, leading large-scale ERP systems integration efforts. Prior to that, she held technical and sales management positions at Mainstay Software and BDM Federal. Ms. Celia received her MBA in Finance from George Washington University and a BS degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from the University of Charleston in West Virginia.
As the vice president of marketing, Ms. Randall will direct all external communications for VTEC and recently launched the companys first website at www.vtecsystems.com. Ms. Randall has a successful 20-year track record and the perspective of a seasoned marketing executive. She developed and executed strategic marketing programs, marketing communications, and press, customer and industry analyst relations for information technology and software companies. Before joining VTEC, Ms. Randall held senior marketing positions with Stratagem, PLATINUM Technology, Legent and GE, as well as other technology and systems integration companies. Ms. Randall received her BA in Communications from California University.
